All your Outlook inboxes. One calm dashboard.

EmailPilot watches every inbox you run — it reads, prioritizes, files, and drafts replies in English or Spanish. Nothing ever goes out without your approval. You check the attention list on your phone, tap APPROVE / EDIT / REJECT, and get back to work.

THIS PAGE AND THE DEMO USE FICTIONAL SAMPLE DATA

How it works

1
Connect inboxes
Up to 2 Outlook accounts (desktop + web). Real Microsoft Graph OAuth is connected at pilot; the demo below uses mock adapters with sample mail.
2
Watch in real time
New messages flow into one queue, each row labelled with its source inbox. Nothing appears without an inbox label.
3
Prioritize & file
Every message gets a priority (Urgent / Important / Routine / Low), a category, and a plain-English reason — then auto-filed per your per-account rules.
4
Draft in EN/ES
AI drafts replies in English or Spanish per inbox setting. Auto-reply-per-rules means rule-generated drafts — never unattended sends.
5
Approve, edit, or reject
Nothing sends externally without your explicit approval. Approve → sends. Edit → your edited text sends. Reject → no send, draft kept.
6
Stay on top
The dashboard surfaces what needs attention and what follow-ups are pending — derived from classification state, never hand-curated.

Pilot pricing

OfferPriceTerms
EmailPilot Pilot$195 fixed UNTESTEDOne buyer, up to 2 inboxes, 7 business days of live triage + drafts behind the approval gate, rules tuned from your real mail.
After the pilot$29/mo per inbox UNTESTEDMonth-to-month. Cancel anytime.

Billing: not connected. These prices are an untested hypothesis grounded in one verified freelance budget signal (Freelancer listing, $30–250 stated) — no buyer has agreed to them. No real Graph/OAuth credentials are used in this demo.

Not what it is

EmailPilot triages your own multi-account Outlook mail — it is not a customer-support ticket system (that's TICK-APP-0003 SupportPilot), not a freight scheduling tool (HR-APP-0015 SchedPilot), not a Teams receptionist (HR-APP-0014 TeamsPilot), and not retail marketing email (HR-APP-0008 RetailPilot). There is no autonomous-outreach code path in this demo: the approval gate is a design requirement, not a toggle.

Next step

Request a pilot — we review your 2 inboxes together, set your filing rules, and start the 7 business days of live triage. No account to create, no payment taken today.

Mock Graph/OAuth adapters are used throughout the demo; sample messages are fictional.
